what to watch?
Have a desire to watch season one of How I Met Your Mother but alas I have loaned it out to Ali or season 2 in honor of my new ringtone but I let Alex borrow that. So none of that game tonight…perhaps some Big Bang Theory or a movie or the Olympics.

So I was enjoying the snow we even went skiing in our back yard, got a few snow days, had fun with all our creatures, and even having to rescue Jake from his scary back woods house and take him to the store for supplies followed by us trying to drop him off at the end of his driveway instead of the end of the road ended up with us stuck across the road when we tried to turn around but...

Hooray for Hokie FOOTBALL
Going to my first game of the season because sadly missed the deadline on season tickets. Its a thursday night game during Halloween weekend and its Orange Effect what more could you want. Tailgaiting with the College of Science Alumi (cause I am one now) then to the game with Bren, Mike and my Mom.
B.B. King
Went to see B.B. King on Sunday and it was pretty awesome. He is pretty hilarious made joke about Michael Phelps’ pot smoking. The music was great and he played for 2 1/2 hours and was ready to go on longer but they told him to rap it up at 10. Thats pretty impressive for an 84 year old. His guitar playing and singing were still pretty amazing. If only the opening act could...

Well the new school year has started and all the students are back in town ruining everything. My mission is to avoid the grocery store, walmart, downtown and campus at all costs. Freshman and there parents are the worst when trying to grab something quick for dinner. Hiding at my house for two weeks till everything and everyone settles in.

The Caves!!
So I was catching up on my new fun BBC cheesey yet fabulous show Merlin and there was a link to one the features off the DVD of cast video diaries. Being that there was nothing on the TV I clicked and low and behold they were filming in the chistlehurt caves and I have totally been there!! Collin Morgan who plays merlin (who kind of has a fabulous Irish accent in real life) was filming is walk...

I saw Roxy's Baby!!
granted it it looked like a tiny white dot floating in a bunch of Saline but it exists and now is in Fancy’s borrowed uterus! Fingers crossed it sticks and a baby Roxy next year.

Don’t feed horses circle carrots…just sticks…
I am developing some badass carpentry skills.
This weekend I worked on the barn. We (me and tori) built two stall fronts, put up one set of bars. Built the side and rear wall of the wash stall up to about 10 ft. Installed stall windows and added outside trim and put up paneling in the tackroom after Tori’s dad finished...
So Katie cut my hair and did a pretty good job. She may have found her calling. She also had the brains to give the dog back after coming to the conclusion that a dog would be alot of work and she didn’t have time for one. Awww…she may be growing up after all.
The death of my sister
So called KT last night to check on plans for this weekend… cause shes is cutting my hair (shudder) for her class. She goes on to tell me that she has gotten a dog…my sister who is not that responsible…if fact so much so that she is using the money from my parents she get for food each month to pay for said dog and has not informed them either. The shit is going to hit the fan...
I fear the end is near
So still no word from the patent office and today we were told that we could no longer run nmrs until we pay our overdue bill. I don’t think the bill has been paid for a while and that isn’t the only bill collecter thats called.
It would be really really awesome if the patent would come through and the investors jumped in!

The Rain Could Stop
I don’t think its ever rained for this long with out a good break for a while. I don’t remember last time the ground was dry.
